Hi, I'm Razi.

I grew up in the East Bay and recently moved from a condo in San Francisco's Marina District to a single-family home in Walnut Creek — right up against Lime Ridge Open Space. It didn't take long to realize that managing a home out here is a completely different game. Between the pool, the landscaping, pest control, gutters, HVAC, and everything else, I was suddenly juggling half a dozen vendors and spending hours every month just coordinating schedules and chasing people down.

I work from home full-time, and even I felt overwhelmed. I kept thinking — if this is how I feel, what about everyone else with even less time? That's why I started Stone Valley. One text to me handles everything. I coordinate the vendors, manage the schedule, ensure quality, and send you one simple monthly invoice. You get your time back.

How much does it cost?

Most homes fall between $500 and $1,500 per month depending on the size of the home and services needed. Every plan is custom — we assess your home, build a 12-month maintenance calendar, and quote you one flat monthly fee. No hidden charges, no surprise invoices. We're typically in the same range as what you're already spending on individual vendors, but with zero coordination headaches.

Can't I just manage my own vendors?

Of course — and most of our clients did for years. What they found is that it's not any one thing that's hard. It's juggling 8-10 vendors, remembering when the gutters were last cleaned, chasing down the landscaper who didn't show up, and handling the surprise call about a broken sprinkler during a work meeting. We take all of that off your plate so you can focus on the stuff that actually matters to you.

What if I already have vendors I love?

Keep them. We'll bring your existing vendors into our coordination system — same people doing the work, but now you have one point of contact, one schedule, and one invoice instead of managing each vendor individually. If you're happy with your pool guy, we're happy with your pool guy.

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

No. Our service is month-to-month with no cancellation fees. We keep your business by earning it every month, not by locking you into a contract. If you ever want to cancel, just give us 30 days notice and we'll wrap everything up cleanly.

How do I know your vendors are trustworthy?

Every vendor in our network is personally vetted by me. They're licensed, insured, and have a track record of reliable service in the East Bay. We carry our own general liability and professional liability insurance as well. If a vendor ever falls short, we address it immediately and have backup vendors ready to step in.

What if I only need a few services, not all of them?

Your plan is built around what your home actually needs. If you only need pool, landscape, and pest control — that's your plan. We don't force a one-size-fits-all package. During the initial walkthrough, we figure out exactly what makes sense for your home and your priorities, and price accordingly.

What happens if there's an emergency?

Text or call us and we respond within 30 minutes — evenings and weekends included. We'll give you immediate guidance (like where your water shutoff is) and dispatch the right vendor from our emergency network. You don't have to Google a plumber at midnight. That's what we're here for.
